Gut Health

Why is gut health important?

Poor gut health has been linked with a myriad of chronic health condition such as autoimmune disease, skin disorders such as eczema, chronic fatigue syndrome. This list goes on.  Gut imbalances can give rise to a number of niggling symptoms such as bloating, gas, constipation, diarrhoea, skin disorders, headaches, migraines and food intolerances.

Your digestive tract is where most of your immune cells are and where you absorb your nutrients, it makes sense that improving gut health can improve health across the whole body.

To help support you on identifying the health of your gut, I can offer the following services. It's important to note that as we're all individual, you may not need everything listed below. We can tailor the offering to suit your needs. That's why we should always have a chat before working on a suitable plan.
